Scope before payment

Clients are advised to clarify the scope, deliverables, information requirements and expected timelines before making a payment. Payment through Razorpay Checkout or a Razorpay payment link confirms the engagement and acceptance of the scope communicated for that payment.

02

No refunds

Because professional time, capacity and responsibility are committed when an engagement is confirmed, payments made towards professional or consulting services are non-refundable. This applies whether or not the client later chooses to use, continue with or act on the service.

03

Cancellation by the client

A client may request that further work stop by sending an email. Such a request does not create a right to a refund of fees already paid. Any records supplied by the client will be handled in accordance with applicable professional and legal requirements.

04

Change in scope

If the requested work changes materially, the revised scope and any related fee adjustment will be discussed before additional work is undertaken. A scope change does not retrospectively alter the non-refundable status of a payment already made for a confirmed engagement.

05

Duplicate or incorrect transactions

A suspected duplicate transaction or an amount paid in error should be reported promptly with the payment reference. The transaction will be reviewed and, where a genuine processing error is established, an appropriate correction will be arranged.

06

Questions or disputes

Questions about a payment, cancellation or the applicable engagement scope should be sent through the email address on the Contact page. Please include the client name, payment date and Razorpay payment reference so the matter can be reviewed.
