01

Nature of services

The services described on this website include accounting, tax, GST, audit-readiness, internal-audit, management-reporting, financial-projection and related business-consulting support. The exact nature and extent of work for a client is determined by a separate communication, proposal, engagement letter or other written confirmation.

02

Engagement and scope

An engagement begins only when its scope, responsibilities, timelines and professional fees have been communicated and accepted. Information on this website is general and does not, by itself, create a professional relationship. Work outside an agreed scope may require a separate confirmation.

03

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely records, explanations and approvals needed for the engagement. Delays or inaccuracies in client-supplied information may affect timelines or the conclusions that can reasonably be reached.

04

Professional judgement and third parties

Services are performed using the information available and the professional requirements applicable to the agreed work. Any decision by a tax authority, bank, regulator or other third party remains within that party’s control; a particular outcome cannot be guaranteed.

05

Fees and payment

Professional fees and payment milestones are communicated for each engagement. Payment may be requested through Razorpay Standard Checkout on this website or through a secure payment link shared directly. Payment confirms acceptance of the corresponding scope and the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

06

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from an engagement is limited to direct loss resulting from the services actually agreed and performed. There is no liability for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from incomplete, inaccurate or delayed information supplied by the client or a third party.

07

Confidentiality

Information received for an engagement is handled as confidential, subject to professional obligations and disclosures required by law, regulation or a competent authority.

08

Governing law

These website terms and service engagements are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith through direct communication and, if unresolved, may be placed before a court of competent jurisdiction in India.

09

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the services or applicable requirements change. Questions about these terms or an engagement may be sent through the email address shown on the Contact page.
